N.B. : The bass flutes of Bressan and Bockhout have an “a nido di picchio” foot joint which allows to keep the flute in a vertical position by resting it on the ground thanks to a tip. Moreover, the Boekhout flute includes an additional key for the C (0123----), just like the original instrument, allowing to emit a D 2 more easily.
